Lost my art, then the music, took forever to send a confirmation box, argued with me about lathe skip, changed policy over repressing multiple times so i didnt even know what i was going to get back. Sent two skippers back got 12 new ones a month and half later. Was told they would be made on the 4th of july got them almost a month later no printer covers like originally said. Big waist of money. Especially when little elephant is making 12 inch 20 12 inch for the same price $320 i could have 20 12 inch records it’s sad really sad i went with these it’s sad i wasn’t even excited when i got the package and now i have to make my own sleeves. Worst customer service i have ever delt with I have made custom records else where and Sid hangs up the phone and gets mad and says your waisting my time when you ask simple questions like hey How much are labels or what’s insta vinyl i still have no idea what their insta vinyl looks like i was interested in that now you have a guy that will champion anyone else but you. You’ve hung up ignored blocked me for calling held my product ransom not answered me called me stupid to my face insulted my music insulted me to my face pretty much making a record with you guys was an insult to my intelligence up charges all around just watch when you try to buy. I bet they even delete this review don’t buy from these guys. Sid personally was the rudest most forgetful back tracking business person I ever dealt with. Con artists
