Non-existent customer service … and terrible quality sound.
I emailed twice, called twice, and left a message with my order. No response at all. I ordered 5 weeks before my wife’s birthday, and the banner on the site said it takes 3 weeks leading up to the holidays so plan ahead, so I was totally in the clear no problem. But it took 6 weeks to get my order. Didn’t respond to my phone calls, didn’t respond to my emails. I was just checking in to see how much longer it might take, I wasn’t being rude in the emails, just checking in at regular intervals. And to top it all off, I finally receive the vinyl and the quality is LOFI. Booming bass and crunching high-mids. Vinyl is supposed to be the best quality way to hear music aside from listening off reel tape (2″, 1/2″, 1/4″), and I sent full quality WAV’s.
