Excellent product! It took a little under 3 weeks from when I ordered to receive the item, which is a little quicker than expected for a custom item like this. I ordered a black vinyl with custom labels and a cardboard sleeve and what I received is exactly what I ordered. The custom labels look great, exactly as I designed them. The record itself sounds as good as 320kbps .m4a files possibly could and the whole thing makes the perfect gift. Lastly, the customer service, namely Ryan, is great and very responsive. He answered all my questions promptly and was all around pleasant to deal with. Would order again.

Overall very happy with my record! It took a long time to get the process started, as most days it was already out of stock, but customer service was wonderful and usually emailed me back within 15 minutes to answer my questions and tell me the status of the record. When the album did arrive I was shocked at how well it played and nice everything looked. The sound was perfect! I will note that album artwork comes out a little higher contrast than the digital file so make sure to account for that when making your designs. I absolutely plan on ordering again from American Vinyl Co.

I received a fabulous product in the mail – designed by me! I ordered a vinyl record for my son and daughter-in-law’s first anniversary and I am thrilled with it. I had to keep trying to find a day that the records were in stock but I am glad I hung in there. It was easy to upload the music files. The graphics were a little trickier but once I understood the concept it was easy! I ordered the folded cover with graphics on the inside – it turned out beautifully. I put the titles on the back cover with a wedding picture on the front and back – fantastic! For basically $100, my son is going to have a great memory of his wedding to hand down to their family. You can’t go wrong with American Vinyl Co. The service was quick and professional!

Excellent product! Ordered it and came in 10 days later (this was during the middle of the year so your mileage will MOST DEFINITELY vary during holidays I have heard people say theirs came around 14 days). The record came with some minor nicks on the label but they were barely noticeable. I was a dumb dumb and spilled some water on the label and the ink smeared so be sure to be careful of that! Overall very satisfied 10/10 would recommend!

All I have to say, this has to be the best gift you can ever get for anyone and I definitely recommend this company. I was looking for a company that pressed records in the US and I found American Vinyl Co & I’m never going back. I bought a 12” record for my best friends birthday and the process is the easiest and using the online templates for custom designs. This company gets back to you so quick, and guides you on how to do it. It took about 2 weeks or less for me to receive the record also! Don’t even get me started on the quality of the sound it’s amazing! I was so nervous it may not sound like the MP3 I uploaded but it sounds exactly!!! I can’t wait to purchase a record just for myself.

This was my first time making a custom vinyl and it turned out amazing. I made it for my best friends birthday. I was able to use the templates to do the covers and the stickers for the vinyl, and then when I got it I played it one time to make sure it sounded great. IT SURE DID. Packaging quality is quite good, rigid and a nice finish. The audio submitted is quite lo-fi; not professionally recorded, mixed, or mastered, and certainly not with vinyl in mind – still this record sounds very good. Clear Vinyl looks cool.
