2. Send us a video of the problem existing on both turntables
3. Double-check the audio files that were uploaded to your order to make sure what you're hearing isn't in the file that was submitted. This helps us eliminate turntable issues.
4. If it is a short run, please contact us with all details on where the issue occurs and we will provide a return shipping label so you can ship the records back to us for review.
