How long do vinyl records take to make?

Every company is different, may use different equipment, and could be busier certain times of the year which could cause a fluctuation in turn times. Vinyl record pressing could take 2-6 months or even up to a year as seen in 2022-2023. This is due to many steps in the process. Lathe cut/custom records could be as quick as 2 weeks and at most 8 weeks. Our usual turn times are as follow but may change through out the year. So please reach out for specific times.

SHORT RUN PRODUCTION NOTE:

Our turnaround time estimates are only estimates and not exact delivery dates. There are several important steps in the production of vinyl records and delays can occur that are outside of our control. We strongly suggest to not base any release plans/special events around your vinyl record production completion. Most runs will finish on or before the estimated turnaround time and we will try our best to accommodate releases/show but please be aware of this.
