Great support from customer service and good product. Quality is pretty solid for the price. Only downside is I wish the cardboard packaging was a little bit more sturdy (top of some of the EPs was loosely glued).
Regarding my Instant Vinyl purchase, I also wish international shipping was a little less expensive – this has deterred most of my European friends and fans from buying a copy.
