What’s the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order by going to "My Account" under the navigation tab and then "Orders." The turnaround time we quote isn't how long it takes to actually make your order but rather how long it takes for our team to get through the backlog of orders that were placed before yours. So, if you see that your order is still in the "Files Accepted" status after a couple of weeks, it just means there are still orders ahead of yours in the production queue. Once your order is up next in the queue to be made, you will see a status update.
